Two Weekly Text Check-Ins

Join Sarah and other Strong with Sarah clients on hour-long group coaching calls on zoom. Shares your experiences and motivate each other!

  • As our most affordable option, many silver clients upgrade their coaching with us by adding on our personalized strength training program. At Strong with Sarah, our Gold nutrition coaching program centers around three important principles: Accountability, Nutrition Habits, and Empowerment Mindset. We have combined these three pillars with our personalized program to ensure your success.

Your personal nutrition and fitness coach will always use proven strategies that are backed by science. Keep in mind that sustainability is the foundation of our programs. The strategies we teach you work both while you’re losing weight AND once you’ve reached your weight (to maintain results!). Our clients tell us that they love the fact that our nutrition plans are not restrictive, meaning you can still lose weight while enjoying all of your favorite foods occasionally! 

All Strong with Sarah coaches are certified and have advanced degrees and/or certifications in nutrition and fitness. When you combine expert nutrition coaching with practical tips that work, it produces great results.

For many of us,  you know that concentrating on getting healthier is just as important as losing weight, if not more important. This is why our nutrition and fitness coaches emphasize being healthy over simply losing weight and nothing else.

How to Get Started with our Gold Online Nutrition Coaching Program

1️⃣ Fill out the Form
Fill out the form so that we can get to know you better before arranging the call.
2️⃣ Get a Private Consultation
We will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to set the time for our consultation.
We will discuss your fitness goals, lifestyle, and dietary preferences.
3️⃣ Set Up Tracking
After onboarding, you will receive access to the EverFit app, and more info on your first training will be emailed to you to help you achieve your goals.
4️⃣ Get Started!
Get started with your personal nutrition coach, who will check on you twice a week via text and have a call to discuss your progress and implement changes if needed.

Learn More About the Gold Level of Coaching 

  • When purchasing the Gold plan, you will be in touch with your private nutrition and fitness coach. The plan offers one monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 call with your coach to discuss your pitfalls and progress.

    In addition, your coach will contact you via a text message twice per week to check in on you, and you can share your progress or concerns with them any time between the check-ins. Plus, you always have the option to message your coach any time you need between calls and check-ins, 24/7!

  • Absolutely, you can arrange your monthly 30-minute meetings on a day and time that works best for both you and your coach. If you need to cancel or postpone the meeting, we do ask for 24-hour notice.

  • Coaching is not the same as school, so there are no “due dates” for the homework assignments that we give, meaning that falling behind won’t negatively impact your progress or performance. We understand that life can be busy, so we offer the flexibility to work at your own pace. If you need extra time or assistance, we do ask that you let us know so we can help you stay on track toward your goals.

  • With the Gold online nutrition coaching program, you can join as many of the monthly group coaching calls as you would like. Each call is one hour long and held on  Zoom. Every call starts with a theme, but usually we end up expanding onto topics beyond the theme depending on what the call participants would like to discuss.
